Collin County offers registration at the local grocery stores.
You must have a current renewal notice or if expired, no
later than five county working days of grace. A renewal cannot
be processed at the grocery store unless the return mail address
reflects: Kenneth L Maun, Collin County Tax Office. All others
must be processed at the Tax Office. Vehicles must also be registered
at the Tax Office if a notation is on the renewal notice.
Notations such as "New Plates Required" are located at the bottom
of the renewal (next to plate age box). Contact store for hours
of operation in their courtesy booth, and for the store's payment
acceptance.
