The Community Supervision and Corrections Department assists victims by providing certain services, which include:
- Information and notification to certain victims as required by law
concerning the status of offenders on community supervision.
- Collection and disbursement of restitution as ordered by the courts.
- Coordination of DWI Victim Impact Panels. Victims whose lives have
been impacted by DWI crashes volunteer to address offenders convicted
of DWI offenses.
