In Memoriam of Helen Starnes
County Clerk retired

Helen Starnes, who served as County Clerk for Collin County for over 21 years, passed away on March 28th. A long time member of the Collin County family, Mrs. Starnes worked for the county for a total of over 41 years.
 

Memorial arrangements for Mrs. Starnes will be: 

The family will receive friends for a visitation Monday, March 30th, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in McKinney.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday morning, March 31st, in the Turrentine Jackson-Morrow Chapel.
