Combined, these four elected officials have
amassed more than 100 years of public service to Collin County
residents. Come January 1st, they go back to being private
citizens themselves.
We thought it only fitting to offer them one last goodbye
and one last word of thanks for putting so much of their lives into the
development of Collin County during its incredible transition into one
of the best places to live and work in the country. We couldn’t have
done it without you:
- Phyllis Cole, Commissioner, Precinct 1: 20 years.
- Charles Sandoval, the first judge to preside over the 380th District Court: 12 years.
- Gerald L. (Jerry) Kunkle, Constable, Precinct 1; 40 years.
- Bob Bell, Constable, Precinct 3: 32 years.
