| JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER VISITATION |

Visitation
schedules are given to parents at the time their child is admitted to
the Detention Center. Visitation schedule is followed seven days a week
and are also posted in the center.
When a child is first admitted into the detention center each parents
or guardian will be allowed one 30 minute outside of the scheduled visitation
hours.
Each child will be allowed a total of 30 minutes visitation on Saturday
and Sunday with 20 minutes per day on weekends. Visitation should be worked
out among approved visitors accordingly. Visitors should always call before
coming to the center for visitation to ensure the child is eligible for a visit.
Visitation is not allowed if the safety and security of the center is compromised.
All visitors must be on the approved list, be over 18 years of age have
a state issued photo ID in order to visit a child in the center.
The detention superintendent must approve any exceptions to this visitation
schedule during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. The child’s attorney
will be allowed to visit whenever necessary.

| Juveniles will be furnished with writing materials
and postage. Correspondence with any other person who is presently on probation,
parole or in custody is prohibited, excluding parents or guardians. Parents
or guardians may furnish the staff with a list of specific individuals who
they feel should not communicate with their child. Such incoming correspondence
shall be returned unopened to the sender. The resident will open incoming mail
in the presence of a detention officer with inspection limited to searching
for contraband. |

| PHONE PRIVILEGES |

All calls will be collect. Juveniles will only be allowed to call individuals
on their list provided by parents or guardians. If there is a problem
with a block on your phone you may call Evercom at 1-800-844-6591 to set
up a private billing plan. All phone calls will be limited to 15 minutes.
Your child has been placed in this program by the court. It is belief
that if you and your child fully participate in this program your child
should be able to successfully complete this program. It is our hope that
every child committed to this program will learn the skills needed to
make good decisions that will allow them to become useful productive citizens.
We realize this a stressful time for both you and your child. If you have
