Stand By instructions were included with your questionnaire because courts may cancel a panel prior to your summons date and jurors may not be needed.

Please follow the directions on the Stand By Instructions and map which were included with your questionnaire.

If a panel is NEEDED you will receive a message to APPEAR and jurors are required to come.

If a panel is NOT NEEDED you will receive a message DO NOT APPEAR or DISMISSED. You will not need to check your status repeatedly.   This will not satisfy your service as a juror.  Because you were dismissed your name will be put back in the pool. 

Jurors who appear without checking the status of their jury service

• Will not receive credit for attendance
• Will not satisfy the 24 month exemption
• Will not be paid if they appear
