Our mission is to protect and promote the health of the people of Collin County.

Services

Immunizations
Vaccines are administered to both children and adults. Both are administered at our main office in McKinney.

Tuberculosis Clinic
Our TB Clinic offers testing and X-ray referral services to patients who have been exposed or are at-risk of being exposed to the TB germ. We also offer treatment services to persons who have had a positive reaction to TB and need an evaluation for medication.

STD/HIV Clinic
Our clinic provides comprehensive services for the screening, counseling, and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. We strive to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in order to honor patients' rights to privacy.

Breast Cancer Services
Under the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation grant, the Collin County Health Care Breast Cancer Services provides annual screenings and treatment referrals to low-income, uninsured Collin County female residents aged 40 years or older.

Travel Medicine
Are you planning a trip overseas? Visit our Travel Medicine page for information regarding travel vaccines and how to protect yourself and your family while traveling.

WIC: Women, Infants & Children
WIC is a special supplemental food program that provides nutrition education and food vouchers for qualifying children and infants, as well as pregnant, breastfeeding, and post-partum women.

Collin County Indigent Program
This program provides health care services to indigent citizens of Collin County who have a household income of less than 100% of the federal poverty level. Proof of income and resource standard for determining eligibility are required. Contact our main office number listed above for more information. Citizens who qualify for the indigent program may also receive care at any area PrimaCare clinic. Visit the PrimaCare website for clinic locations and hours.
