The office of the Collin County Fire Marshal performs annual fire inspections on businesses in the unincorporated areas of Collin County.

If you know your business is due or coming due for an annual inspection, you may request the inspection on a Commercial Business by contacting the Fire Marshal’s office.

Once you have scheduled an inspection, we will stop by your business and perform the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, you will be given an inspection sheet that will inform you of any violations that must be addressed and whether you passed inspection.
