After you have secured a Beer and Wine license, you will need to bring to the County Clerk’s office one (1) original application which has been signed by the TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission). Applications will be retained by the County Clerk until it is verifed the place of business is located in Collin County. You will be notified by the County Clerk within three (3) business days whether the application is eligible for filing in Collin County. Once the application is verified and accepted by the County Clerk, a hearing will be set for more than five (5) days and less than 10 from the date of filing.
